SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
All Mission Ready Nutrition orders will typically be processed and shipped within one business day. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are fixed at a flat rate of $4.95 for orders under $99 and free shipping is automatically applied for orders of $99 or more. At this time, shipping is only available for customers in the United States and APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Mission Ready Nutrition customer service is available weekdays 9AM-5PM EST by emailing info@missionreadynutrition.com. We do our very best to respond to support emails within 48 hours.
IN-STORE PICK UP
Skip the shipping! Place your order by 5pm EST and pick up your order in-store the same day. We will email you with your order confirmation and you will have 5 days to pick up your order. If you don’t pick up your order within the five days, we will return it to the shelves and your order will be canceled. At this time, our only physical store location is at 101 Old Trolley Rd, Summerville, SC 29483.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $99
Free standard shipping automatically applies to your qualifying minimum online purchase subtotal of $99. No promotion code necessary. Subtotal refers to amount of order before taxes and shipping. All free shipping is based on standard shipping rates. Free shipping excludes ready-to-drink products.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFFS
For delivery by Christmas, order by December 10.
MISSION READY NUTRITION RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from missionreadynutrition.com. Please note, due to the nature of consumable products we are unable to refund or accept returns on these products.
If you receive an item that is damaged we will give you full credit of your order amount in the form of a misssionreadynutrition.com Gift Card, excluding original shipping costs. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 48 hours (on business days) of receipt of package by contacting our customer service at info@missionreadynutrition.com and including photos showing the damaged product(s). If you need any help claiming the damaged shipment with the shipping carrier, please reach out to our customer service so we can help. All damaged shipments can be filed with the carrier that delivered the shipment and submitted for compensation from the carrier if approved by the carrier.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
We make every effort to ship your items together, but there will be times where we have to divide your order into multiple shipments. Please note that you will not be charged additional shipping costs. If your order is split, you will receive notification through email. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, you can ship to an APO, FPO, or DPO address with delivery from the US Postal Service.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, we do. Please note these are all shipped and delivered by USPS.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY MISSIONREADYNUTRITION.COM ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Mission Ready Nutrition does not have the ability to cancel or reroute your order once it’s been placed. Please get in touch with our customer service at info@missionreadynutrition.com for assistance. For in-store pick up orders, orders will automatically be canceled if not picked up within 5 days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We apologize if your item(s) arrived damaged or defective. Please email missionreadynutrition.com customer service at info@missionreadynutrition.com for assistance. Please include your order number and we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
IN-STORE PICK UP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Some items ordered online may be available for pick up. If an item is available for pick up, you will be presented with the option to do so when selecting your item for purchase. Most items available for store pick up are available within one hour of placing your order. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
All pick up times are estimates. While we strive to meet all pick up times as quoted, Mission Ready Nutrition does not make any guarantee that your order will be available at any specific time. Mission Ready Nutrition will not have any liability for any order delays.
